Gorilla Event is seeking a dynamic and organized Co-Administrator to join our growing team. The Co-Administrator will support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functionality across departments. This role involves coordinating office activities, handling correspondence, and assisting with organizational tasks that drive efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative functions to support the team and ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, distributing communications, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Monitor and manage department budgets, financial records, and expenses.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions for team development.
- Handle daily correspondence, emails, phone inquiries, and documentation.
- Support special projects and prepare reports as directed by senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative team settings
