Job Description
The HR Admin Intern will support the Human Resources team with various administrative and operational tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, and general office administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR-related documents, including employee records, employment contracts, and other paperwork.
- Support recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews, reviewing application documents, and maintaining a candidate database.
- Coordinate training activities, including preparing materials, setting up equipment, and tracking training progress.
- Update and maintain employee information in the HR system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Assist with employee welfare tasks, such as preparing social security reports and coordinating leave requests (sick leave/vacation).
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to support overall operations.
- Help organize company activities, such as team-building events and internal gatherings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
