Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Oversee all phases of event planning, from initial concept development to on-site execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, vendors, and support staff, to deliver high-quality events.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to client expectations.
  • Vendor Coordination: Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate potential challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with event execution.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and post-event reports, to facilitate transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management within the event industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of event planning principles, including logistics, vendor management, and client relations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
